This year marks the 50th anniversary of DPR in the City of Windhoek, with the commissioning of the first plant in 1968 and the second in 2001. Celebratory events are scheduled to span over a period of two days. The the first day, 18 October 2018, we will take a look back in the history of of potable reuse and the status quo of water supply in windhoek, and the following day, 19 October, we will be looking forward to the future status of DPR in the global context.
